I’m pretty hot and heavy with journaling these days: art journaling, longhand journaling and what I call “little bits of words” journaling. I have written about this form of journaling before, and you can see more examples here and here – although I don’t think I do a good job explaining things. Recently, however, I came across Julie Gibbons who has written a wonderful e-book about this technique. She goes into detail about how and why this form of journaling can be a path of discovery and healing. She calls it “Found Inspirations” and you can get it for free by signing up for her newsletter.
