Believe

IMG_2751

I have found myself endlessly repeating this line of poetry since Friday, after the events in Connecticut unfolded. I have been praying for the grace to find the fulcrum implied in Tennyson’s words: to hold both that which is taken and that which abides in my heart. Presently, such equanimity eludes me. Wishing you all a blessed, peace-filled Sunday.
